Dealing With Burnout
A 2013 survey of more than 5,100 North American workers found that 62% felt high levels of stress, loss of control, and extreme fatigue. The percentage was higher for certain industries, including banking and finance. This workshop teaches employees to spot signs of a burnout and if they experience it, how they can bounce back. There's a focus on rest - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
