This is a Workshop Series on creating Happiness & Well-Being. In this interactive workshop series, we will introduce you to the science and application of whole-person well-being & human flourishing and how it translates into happiness, success, performance, self-leadership, confidence and great relationships in life. We introduce you to the SPIRE Model - Spiritual, Physical, Intellectual, Relational and Emotional Wellbeing - what all these Pillars of Wellbeing mean and how you can apply them to your life.
