Joy Pamnani is Inspire2Aspire's Chief Innovation Officer and a Communication and Peak Performance trainer. 

Joy's extensive communication experience spans across mediums including writing, speaking and visual communication. Alongside her Bachelor of Journalism degree at HKU, she's written articles at various publications such as SCMP, FCC Magazine and her own blog. Over the years, she's won awards for her contributions.

 

A Toastmaster since 2017 and an enthusiastic public speaker since she reached the legal age to join speech contests, Joy has won many prepared and impromptu speech contests. She has represented her school, university and Hong Kong.

In Soft Skills Training for over 5 years now, Joy has coached over 5,000 students from Primary Schools, Secondary Schools and Universities. She regularly delivers workshops and training programs (Standard & Customized) to schools, NGOs, corporates, schools, NGOs and at Toastmasters.

 

Video production has been a hobby for Joy, which turned into freelance video production and editing jobs and visual communication consultation services at the HKU’s Digital Literacy Lab.

 

Joy's character strengths include curiosity, creativity and love of learning. She loves challenging assumptions, discovering creative solutions to problems and techniques to boost productivity and performance at any organization.
